To advance the educational development of Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU), cultivate globally competitive talents with linguistic and professional excellence, unite social forces, and foster common development, the BFSU Education Foundation was officially registered and established on November 18, 2010, with approval from the Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau. In 2013, 2018, and 2023, the Foundation was consecutively rated as a "4A-level Social Organization" by the Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau.

The BFSU Education Foundation is a non-public fundraising foundation. Its mission is to support the university’s development through charitable donations for teacher and student advancement. The Foundation accepts voluntary contributions from domestic and international philanthropic organizations, enterprises, institutions, social groups, and individuals. Foundation resources are utilized to: Support the development of BFSU’s educational initiatives; Improve teaching environments and facilities; Award outstanding students and faculty; Fund basic research, pedagogical studies, and academic publications; Sponsor student international exchange programs; Support faculty overseas studies and participation in international academic collaborations and conferences; Earmark donations for specific purposes according to donors’ wishes.

The Foundation warmly welcomes extensive support and assistance from enterprises, institutions, social organizations, and individuals worldwide. We invite contributions through various channels to advance BFSU’s educational mission.
